Chocolate Smoothie Bowl

11 ingredients, 5 mins, serves four (small portions)


1 large banana
1 avocado
2 dates
1 cup almond milk
½ cup yoghurt
1 handful oats (about ¼ cup)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cashew nut butter
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp cacao


Put all ingredients into a high speed blender and blitz until smooth. Will keep in the fridge overnight. Top with granola.


Make it more environmentally friendly by replacing avocado with frozen cauliflower (three to four large florets) and almond milk with oat milk. Switch the cashew butter for seed butter.

Add in your favourite protein powder or collagen.

Granola is the perfect accompaniment here.
