5 minutes, easy
75g pine nuts or cashews
1 clove black garlic (or roast garlic)
130g bag of spinach, watercress and rocket
2 tablespoons of chopped basil
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Black pepper to taste.
Place all ingredients except the oil in a food processor. Turn on and gradually add the oil. Add more oil if required to give a coarse paste.
