garlicky greens

Quick Greens

Serves 2, 5 minutes, 5 ingredients, easy


  • 150g Greens/Medium Bunch of chard (leaves and tender parts of stem, roughly chopped)
  • 2 tsp butter or coconut oil 
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp seaweed flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • Seasoning to taste


Roughly chop chard 
Melt 2 tsp butter or coconut oil in a frying pan
Add 2 cloves crushed garlic
Gently fry for 1 min then add the chard
Fry for further 2 – 3 mins until greens wilted
Sprinkle with seaweed and sunflower seeds
Season and serve
