I’m so excited to be launching The Plant Plan.
The Plant Plan is a membership service with a difference. As a Nutritional Therapist I know that changing what we eat is only part of the picture – we need to change how we eat too.
How does it work?
All recipes are suitable for vegans and you can be sure I’ve put the time in to make sure you are getting a balanced diet packed full of nutrition. If you are a vegetarian or omnivore that wants the benefits of a wholefood diet you will find plenty of suggestions of how to include meat, eggs or dairy in the meals.
The 21 day plan is the foundation of The Plant Plan but each month you get a fresh plan that introduces new, seasonal recipes.
