Chocolate Chia Pudding
6 servings, 5 minutes, 5 ingredients, easy
350 ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
60 grams Chia Seeds
4 Pitted Dates (large)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
45 grams Cacao Powder
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blitz until smooth. You may need to stop to scrape the sides down a few times.
Topped with freeze dried raspberries and cacao nibs or chopped nuts.
