
Kim Adams is a Registered Nutritional Therapist with a BSc in Psychology/Human Biology and a MSc in Nutritional Therapy. She has over twenty years’ experience of supporting people through change. Her academic qualifications are supplemented by training in coaching, neuro-linguistic programming, motivational interviewing and change management.

Kim blends her passion for tasty, healthy food with her nutrition and coaching training in the advice that she provides. She is a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (MBANT). She is registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
An advocate for continuous learning and evidence based practice; she is a tutor on the MSc in Nutrition Science and Practice at the Northern College of Acupuncture.
