Food is my passion – but, as an experienced Nutritional Therapist I know that’s not true for everyone. Often my clients are too busy or too tired to even think about cooking. Restrictive diets can lead to a stressful relationship with food and the media can leave us feeling confused about what is healthy and what is not. If that’s not enough we also worry about how our food choices impact on our planet!

I want to bring the JOY back into eating. SAVI Nutrition is all about helping you to discover tasty, healthy food choices that work for you.

Food is about so much more than what we eat.

A varied, whole food diet is good news for all of us but what works for me won’t necessarily work for you. When you eat, how you eat, how stressed you are, how busy your day is, food restrictions and even how you are sleeping will all impact on the food that is right for you.
